Moreover, Naveen pointed out that modern food lacks the nutritional density it once had, necessitating more than just ‘healthy eating.’ It requires precise nutrition tailored to individual needs, a principle supported by personalized nutrition trends and research (Celis-Morales et al., 2017, “Effect of personalized nutrition on health-related behaviour change: evidence from the Food4Me European randomized controlled trial,” International Journal of Epidemiology).

The conversation was rich with takeaways, but the essence is clear: thrive through continuous learning, serve others, manage stress, and prioritize proper nutrition. These are not just principles but the foundation of a life brimming with vitality and purpose.
