THIS IS SERIOUS TALK. Are you with me?
Cause we’re here with the Jason Goldberg! Yes—the charming, enthusiastic, HILARIOUS entrepreneur, international and transformational speaker, trainer, coach, author, and host, JG, to his friends! We are very lucky to have Jason reveal some of his most powerful—yet light and fun—secrets in navigating this not-so-serious life of ours.
As a transformational speaker and coach, Jason has concocted the perfect recipe to opening people’s minds and hearts even to the most taboo of life’s traumas and struggles: bringing humor in storytelling.
His own experiences—struggling as a son to a single mom, being overly overweight, and finally making a commitment to shed all those physical, emotional, and mental weights and developing humor and empathy as a way to deal with his feeling of non-enoughness—has been his source of infectious enthusiasm and positivity. He builds these up from his simple mantra of not having to think about everything he thinks about. All these he brought as his mission: to leave everybody he met with at least 5% more joy than he found them!
You’ll surely have more than 5% with this one! And this is serious talk, remember?

So we’ve heard people say, you don’t have to believe everything you think.
Well, Jason Goldberg, entrepreneur, international and transformational speaker, trainer, coach, author, and host, has a tweak on this: You don’t have to think about everything you think about.
How is that even possible? Think and act like a SNOWGLOBE.
Being caught up in your thought is like being in the middle of a snowglobe and so it tells you that the best thing to do is to let the natural order of things take its course: let the snow go down its own. Stop shaking it, stop chasing it. Hold still and let it go down.
Stress, anxiety and the feeling of getting drowned in your thoughts (“negative” ones, especially) is inevitable. So it’s not about immunity, it’s about navigation. Allow your thoughts and feelings to be (without being a nuisance).
